Bear’s Story

On December 19, 2025, my life changed overnight.

After months of unexplained symptoms and countless questions, I was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare form of cancer. Doctors discovered a tumor nearly 20 centimeters long in my abdomen. Like anyone hearing those words for the first time, I was scared, overwhelmed, and unsure of what came next.

Within weeks, I began treatment at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Since then, my life has been filled with chemotherapy treatments, hospital visits, radiation, surgeries, setbacks, victories, and more challenges than I ever imagined I would face at 24 years old.

But this website isn't just about cancer.

It's about fighting.

It's about finding strength on the days you don't think you have any left. It's about learning to appreciate the small things, the people around you, and the moments we often take for granted. It's about discovering that even during the hardest chapter of your life, there can still be laughter, adventure, gratitude, and hope.

Throughout this journey, I've been incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by an amazing support system of family, friends, doctors, nurses, and complete strangers who have reached out with encouragement. Their support has carried me through some very difficult days and reminded me that none of us fight our battles alone.

Bear's Cancer Fight was created to share that journey. My goal is to provide honest updates, tell stories from the road, raise awareness for Ewing Sarcoma, and hopefully inspire others who may be facing challenges of their own. Whether you're here because you're a friend, family member, fellow patient, car enthusiast, or someone who simply stumbled across my story, I'm grateful you're here.

Cancer may have changed my life, but it hasn't changed who I am.

I still love cars, road trips, adventure, good conversations, and making people laugh. I still have goals, dreams, and a lot of life left to live. Most importantly, I still believe there are great things ahead.

The fight isn't over yet.

There are still treatments to complete, challenges to overcome, and milestones to reach. But every day is another step forward, and every day is another reminder that life is worth fighting for.

Thank you for following along, supporting this journey, and being part of the Bear's Fight community.

We're still pushing forward. One day at a time.
